Wisconsin State Rep. Frank Lasee (R-Bellevue) is the guy who gained national attention when he proposed arming teachers to solve school shootings. Later he suggested cutting the UW Law School from the budget because we have too many lawyers (a must read is this article examining how Lasee's view of lawyers as "a plague of locusts" stems from his divorce in which he displayed unbelievable behavior leading to a contempt citation). But now he has stooped to a new low in claiming there was a segregated hallway in a suburban Milwaukee high school where black students engage in sex.

....e-mailed a letter to the Brown Deer School Board a few weeks ago "to bring to its attention" that black students at the school were, he claimed, having sex in a segregated hallway at its high school.
According to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel's Dan Bice, Lasee said he was told by a "tipster" that there's a hallway in the high school where the black kids have sex and that the hallway is off limits to white kids.
"When the teachers leave the classrooms," the tipster wrote, "the same thing happens. Also on the school buses. The kids' parents can't complain to the School Board for fear of retribution on (sic) their children.
"The teacher's (sic) at the school are sending their kids to private schools and the white people who can are moving to other areas to protect their children and allow them to get an education. I wonder if the Brown Deer school count's (sic) a pregnant girl as two students to get more taxpayer money," the tipster wrote Lasee.

The Brown Deer folks, of course, were not only astonished by Lasee's letter, but outraged.
"I find it creepy that an adult would be sitting at a computer 120 miles away wondering about the sex lives of children here," Brown Deer High Principal Jim Piatt told Bice.
Bice visited the high school himself and found no segregated hallway, nor did he see anything more than a couple of teenagers here and there holding hands, undoubtedly like at high schools in Lasee's own district.

Lasee, incidentally, is planning to run for Congress next year against incumbent Democrat Steve Kagen of Appleton.
Note that Brown Deer is not even in Lasee's district.
Lasee's behavoir isn't just embarrassing, it's reckless and shameful.

Somebody needs to tell him that there are whole segregated SCHOOLS in America where kids barely have adequate TEXTBOOKS, so that he can get past the imaginary craziness and solve problems that really EXIST.
