Perspective

The Reuter's/Zogby poll hasn't been around long enough to give us any perspective on Chimpy's miserable 24% rating mentioned below.  Although Gallup uses a different methodology, it's pretty clear than Chimpy is one of the least popular presidents in American history.  Here's a list of the lowest job approval ratings ever recorded in Gallup's poll.
