Wow! Reagan and the Heritage Foundation rolled back Communism? You see, that's strange because I distinctly remember the Soviet Union dissolving in 1989 or 90. Reagan wasn't even in office then. And I don't recall hearing the name Heritage Foundation being mentioned in any accounts from that time. I do recall the names of guys like Gorbachev and Yeltsin -and wasn't it the German people who tore down the Berlin Wall? Oh, but I must be mistaken. I mean, Dear Leader and his GOP minions would never rewrite history, would they?

Not to mention that Stalin so centralized the Soviet government/economy that it was already fatally crippled before that rat bastard died.
