As hideous as that poll number is, I'm always left wondering about the 28% who approve of him. What could Bush possibly do to alienate them?

Oyster, would waterboarding work ? I wonder how many of the 29%ers basically are either a) those on the playground who identify with the bully and / or b) those that feel that they are so far above things that Bush won't touch them (e.g. - employees of Halliburton)
