One rough rule of thumb for temperature conversion between C and F is to double the C temp and add about thirty degrees. Accuracy suffers as you go toward extremes on either side of the scale, but for room or outdoor temps it's moderately accurate and can be done somewhat quickly in your head--e.g., 20C is about 68F--using the rule of thumb above you get 70F.
