I really love O' Donnell, since you can just enjoy the show and not think "jesus fuck she's about to be a senator". Angle is less fun in that regard.

Third of all, God, please let this person go away after it's over.

Yeah, you know that would be ideal but let's face it, we all have Master's degrees in Fundie Wingnut History by now. These political zombies never die. Hell, we're dealing with the spawn of Phyllis Schlafly. Ralph Reed's career should have been over when Abramoff went to jail but noooooo. There is no exile for these crackpots. Life is an eternal second act.

the media may crown her as the new palin. god help us.

aw HELL no, not another one of those ...

shiny-lipped lunatrixes.....

Of course the press covers them. It's a forever car wreck and they know the viewers like to slow down and gawp.
It's like a main-freeway-closing four-way collision of a school bus, a semi full of chickens, a beer transport, and a currency carrier. Every single day, all day.

IDK, I hail from Iowa, whose populace has (without my help) elected Chuck Grassley to a billion terms in the Senate. Tom Harkin is also an idiot, but at least he's one of OUR idiots.

At this point it's too late, but I wish Democrats had constructed a platform to run on.

How in the world is it that the stupidity of threatening to sue (under these circumstances) isn't the bull moose negative to the voters ?

A candidate threatening to sue because they were asked political questions in a political interview - that should be the kiss of death among the voters !

To change the subject - If I go out at lunch today and vote absentee, will that stop me from seeing any more of the attack mailings and TV commercials ?????
