Above is the queuing area to get into the Capitol early this morning. The first line is to see a Representative. The second was for a committee hearing, third line was for Senate Gallery and last was for "all other Capitol visitors." I saw several constituents from first line allowed in with rep's staffers.
Approximately 50 people are sleeping outdoors of the Capitol in what has become known as Walkerville. Here it is at early morning with bedding set aside:
Firefighters arrived just before noon and Rep. Brett Hulsey spoke.
Of note Rep Husley talked of the Grothman video relating that officials inside the Capitol refused to let Senator Grothman in a door. That in effect would have ended the incident. Also Hulsey related a 911 call had been placed with firefighters responding. Officials refused to open a door for them as well. He said there will be testimony given on this at the TRO appeal hearing.

Does anyone have any info on the big We-Love-Walker bus tour? I haven't seen anything beyond a mention on MSNBC last night and a local MKE station this morning.
A bus tour sponsored by Americans For Prosperity (Koch), supposedly traveling the state tomorrow and through the weekend?
I'm assuming the bus will be met by interested workers, but I haven't seen anything on any plans.

Refused to let fire officials inside Capital (filled with people) even though there was a 911 call.
Can you imagine the carnage that could happen if there had been a fire, bomb, terrorist, etc. and they wouldn't let the fire and police inside ?
And if they are locking people out, I'm jumping to question if they aren't allowing folks to leave the building also. If so, think of the legal problems there.

You know - you don't HAVE to come here for MG - this is history you are witnessing and documenting... If you need to stay - I get it.

Sue, you're kidding aren't you ?
Just the thought of a bus with "We love Walker" and pictures of him as decals on the side of the bus. What a target.
Attractive nuisance doesn't go far enough ! If the guard is unionized, I forsee a swarm of fighters flying above the interstate......
