An excellent edition, made even better by your choice of illustrations.

Yeah, the illustrations are muy bueno this time. :)

Thanks! Now, go hose off...

Thanks muchly, TommyT! I really appreciate you doing this. Stay sane dude, do what you need for your own mental health.

The prayers at the cemetary - wasn't that like a year ago ?

And for the only whites in Dallas, has it occured to them that the Mexicans were in Texas first ? So not being able to stand Hispanics in Texas is like Palin not being able to stand Pacific Islanders in Hawaii !

And of course, the problem with making references to eugenics in Germany is that we forget that a good number of prominent industrialists in America wanted us to follow the Nazis. A lot of us (including leaders of medical schools) wanted eugenics in the USA.

I think that a "minority Republican" (is that anything like a "award-winning British Chef"?) posting this is precious, in light of the Fine White Whine that's about to be served. [Tommy T]
What, you never watched “Chef!”? OK, it was fiction too.

I’m hoping that tag line has nothing to do with teabagging. In any event, I sure am glad I got a new pair of mental visors.

Hmmm... Osama bin Laden? Seems I recall some president named him and defeated him. Of course there was that other president who named him but couldn’t defeat him.
We haven't named our camp yet since this is the first year. I'd love to hear your advice too. Freepmail me if you are interested in joining forces out there. -V [August 25, 2011 6:32:26 PM by varyouga]
I’m guessing Rick Perry could give you some advice on camp names.
Prayer banned from veterans' funerals [BizPacReview.com ^ | Michael Dorstewitz] [August 26, 2011 3:36:52 PM by cap10mike]
Doofus, nobody has banned prayers at military funerals. You just can’t force prayers on someone who might not want them. From the New York Times
...a little-noticed 2007 policy that prohibits volunteer honor guards from reading recitations — including religious ones — in their funeral rituals, unless families specifically request them.

The plaintiffs, aided by a conservative legal group, the Liberty Institute, contend they should be allowed to use a Veterans of Foreign Wars script dating from World War I that refers to the deceased as “a brave man” with an “abiding faith in God” and that seeks comfort from an “almighty and merciful God.”

I, for one, would not want to be described as having an “abiding faith in God” and seeking comfort from an “almighty and merciful God.” (Unless of course “God” = “Beer”.)

Then stay away from South Freepistan. (See above.)

Just business as usual in the Obamanation. [August 26, 2011 4:28:06 PM by Mad Dawgg (If you're going to deny my 1st Amendment rights then I must proceed to the 2nd one...)]

Doofus, it’s a regulation dating back to 2007. Who was president then? Oh, I see, Obama must have cranked up his time machine again.

--Kibitzer

Thanks again for putting on the hazmat suit and diving in. Agree that the illustrations are a win...

"Oh, I see, Obama must have cranked up his time machine again."

It's standard.

Something bad happened 2000-2004? Blame Clinton, good reason or not.
Something bad happened 2005-2008? Blame Obama, even if it was not brought before Congress.

Thinking like your opponents is supposed to help to defeat them, but it hurts sometimes.
