Matthew Herrmann, 18, of the 4200 block of West 126th Street in Alsip, was charged as an adult with a hate crime, unlawful restraint and misdemeanor battery, police said.
He was charged as an adult because he's a fucking adult. Jesus fucking Christ, what made that necessary?

To tie to the Newt story, USA today had a nice piece that says that Newt's reclamation of America is reclaiming the America of his youth . Complete with noting the code words for Obama such as welfare, etc. are noting the obvious desire for racial segregation.
