The Department of Justice just updated the definition of rape for the purpose of national crime reporting statistics. The new definition includes penetration by a foreign object. It also removes the requirement for "forcible" in order for a reported crime to be included. That means coercion's on the table.

How is what's happening in Texas NOT rape by the new federal reporting definition? Huh? "We get to shove this probe in you or prevent you from getting a legal medical procedure, cuz we said so"??
