Well, its now one day until the Election, and the Poll threads have been exploding over at Freeperville.
I have my own prediction - I'm taking a week off posting, unless Schadenfreude dictates otherwise.
Let's suit up and spin that airlock door, shall we?
In reverse order from oldest to newest - Galluping along!

7 day tracking: O - 50/R-44
3 day tracking: O - 51% approve/43% - disapproveI don't know what to make of this. Up until about 4 days ago, Gallup had the race tied. There was a sudden shift to Obama on either Sat or Sun which showed up first in the approval number. I thought it was a one day good sample for Obama but that day rolled off the three day rolling approval tracker today and his approval number actually went up....?
This is crap.
Unskewedpolls.com still has Romney up 7.8%
They are doctoring these polls, to make it seem that Obama is more popular than he really is.
And, they want to demoralize Republicans by claiming the Romney campaign is imploding.
goodness. EVERY POLL shows Romney losing, the one guy left his campaign for Wall Street and even NRO is saying Romney is shifting his strategy. Something tells me that R/R are down in their own polling. Doesn’t mean they’ll lose but lets get real here for a minute. It doesn’t look good at this point.
Accuracy as in they had Obama winning bigger than he did but they were still accurate in that Obama won. I don’t really care if they’re off a few points the fact is all these polls keep showing Obama ahead. And how exactly with the price of gas, and food, and the cost of debt, and the bad employment numbers along with the fact that NOBODY really likes his Obamacare plan does this bastard get 50 to 51 percent job approval. Romney is not running an effective campaign if this is the case. Is he afraid to be tough?
This is a disaster...
Really? Romney is getting killed. This is looking like 2008 all over again. The “establishment” puts up a lousy candidate and we are left on the outside. Down ballot races are being affected too. Face facts we are in trouble...
To: tatownThe day after the elections: "The nation is stunned. Every poll in the country showed the President up by anywhere from 5 to 15 points, and yet Romney wins by 8??? The case for Republican voter fraud couldn't be more obvious...disenfranchisement of Democrat voters at record levels..."
You can see it coming...an obvious set-up.
To: SeekAndFindAnyone that will spend 4 million dollars to keep you from knowing anything about him is not above paying/threatening a mere polling agency to change the results!
I’m going to find all the same posts like yours from 2008. When all the polls showed McCain losing for weeks yet people here still insisting the polls were wrong. The similarities are annoying to say the lest.
Face it. We’re squabbling over a few points. Another Freeper made a good point. With all the mess all over the world, Romney should be up by 5 at least. Gas and food at record highs. Our embassies being overrun. An American ambassador was KILLED for god’s sake. This race should be over. Shame on Romney for such as sorry ass campaign.
Well, looks pretty good for the “Fonz”. Maybe weve been the ones in the bubble.
I realize most of these polls are flawed, but seriously WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE IN THIS COUNTRY? We have a Marxist idiot in the WH destroying this country, and if (GOD forbid) he gets 4 more years I have no doubt he’ll finish the job, and the mere fact that he might get relected just makes me want to puke? Hence, my tagline.
Rasmussen: Obama 271, Romney 267

Rasmussen: Obama 271, Romney 267 OCT 5, 2012 • BY JEFFREY H. ANDERSON
One month and one day before the most important presidential election in the past quarter of a century and perhaps in the past century and a quarter, Rasmussen Reports shows the race being about as even as it could possibly be. At this point, Rasmussen’s state-by-state polling shows that President Obama would win by the tally of 271 electoral votes to 267 for Mitt Romney. All of Rasmussen’s polls in the nine key swing states have been taken in the past three weeks, although the polls have been taken at different times during that stretch. In these nine key swing states, Rasmussen’s polling shows Romney leading in Virginia (by 1 percentage point), Florida (by 2 points), Colorado (by 2 points), Iowa (by 3 points), and New Hampshire (by 3 points). Rasmussen’s polling shows Obama leading in Ohio (by 1 point), Nevada (by 2 points), Wisconsin (by 3 points), and Pennsylvania (by 12 points).
My Aunt says she’s still going to vote for Obama because he’s the better looking candidate. Uuum, whose idea again was it to allow women to vote?
I’m going out on a limb...
I question Raz and his commitment to honest polling, yes, I do!
He was on BOR last night and spouted a democrat talking point about the debate down to the exact verbiage....that caused a big hmmmmmm in my mind.
To: SteelfishI think after Ryan flattens Biden in the Vice-Presidential debate
and Obama has another surprisingly bad performance even in the "townhall" format (remember, no help from a TelePrompter and handlers!), we may see things break surprisingly fast Romney's way.
It's a combination of 1980 and 1988 all over again.

Video: Donald Trump Promises Bombshell on Obama

Billionaire Donald Trump said on Fox News that he will deliver a bombshell on President Barack Obama on Wednesday, but he refused to reveal details. He assured viewers the news could change the outcome of the presidential election.
Trump has endorsed Mitt Romney after having considered running for president, and he has been one of the most vocal Americans doubting that President Obama was born in the United States, a condition for being president.
The real estate magnate phoned in the news to “Fox and Friends” and said he has "something very, very big concerning the president of the United States. It's going to be very big. I know one thing; you will cover it in a big fashion."
Trump wrote on Twitter, "Stay tuned for my big Obama announcement,” and then sent another tweet, "Just wait and see!"
"It's very big. Bigger than anybody would know.”
Fox asked Trump if the news is personal or if it reflects his capacity to govern, and he answered, “It’s all in one.”
He said he will make his announcement around noon Wednesday, and American media undoubtedly will be on edge, not to mention Obama’s campaign team.
************************************************************************I hope it's the birth certificate and something extra. Just the birth certificate can get pooh-poohed.
I’ll believe it when I hear (or see) it, though whatever it is, I hope it’s devastating.7 posted on Tuesday, October 23, 2012 8:45:26 AM by The_Reader_David (And when they behead your own people in the wars which are to come, then you will know...)..To: Eleutheria5
I have been telling my family and friends for at least the past few months, that Donald Trump has a goodie on Obama that he will drop at the right time!!! The Libs & Obamabots may trash Trump, but.......Trump is far wiser and smarter then Obama ever will be. Stay tuned folks!!!
Donald Trump to reveal ‘divorce papers of Michelle and Barack Obama’,
Daily Mail ^ | 10/23/12 | Daniel Bates
Posted on Tuesday, October 23, 2012 4:51:44 PM by NachumDonald Trump is to claim that he has unearthed divorce papers of Michelle Obama and the President, according to a respected financial pundit with links to the tycoon. It is alleged that the eccentric real estate mogul will claim that the documents show the First Lady and the President were at one point in their two decades of marriage seriously considering splitting up. Trump set the hare running on Monday by claiming that he was set to make an announcement on Wednesday that would be ‘bordering on gigantic' and that it would ‘possibly’ change the Presidential race.
Full title: Donald Trump to reveal ‘divorce papers of Michelle and Barack Obama’, claims respected financial pundit*****************************************************
Ha. Gloria All Red goes to court to unseal Romney records and the Romneyaks counter with their own reveal. Popcorn time!..
Wonder if a certain “bodyguard/personal assistant” is mentioned in the documents?6 posted on Tuesday, October 23, 2012 4:57:07 PM by bleach (If I agreed with you, we would both be wrong.)..

Or maybe the Mooch accused him of carrying on a homosexual affair while married to her?19 posted on Tuesday, October 23, 2012 5:04:05 PM by capydick (''Life's tough.......it's even tougher if you're stupid.'')..
To: moovovaI wonder if the cause filed by Michelle was that she found out that the Bamster was frequenting certain rump ranger hang outs in Chicago. That might get interesting if this is the case. The irony would be delicious indeed since this is how he won his election to the Illinois Senate to begin with. He had his operatives reveal sealed divorce documents of his rival's ex-wife
claiming that he was a swinger.
To: NachumIf thrice divorced Donald is planning this as his “blockbuster”, I sincerely hope he reconsiders. The blatant hypocrisy will be unavoidable and will NOT help Romney.
If these so called divorce papers claim Barack is a homo, this would have real legs. Not so much because he is a homo, but because he pretends to be a not “down low” guy!

LOL, Trump has nothing.
What a bunch of nonsense. No one is going to take this seriously.
At least Allred seems to have nothing either...
Just a dumb stunt. How disappointing...
Well I said he had some nerve and he certainly does....to push this load of drivel during one of the most important elections ever....selfish, stupid prick is he...
LOL. I have to admit I was drawn into this.
What a stunt. Biggest non-announcement of all time.15 posted on Wednesday, October 24, 2012 11:19:50 AM by Deo volente (God willing, America will survive this Obamanation.)..
Total guess, but based on the ridiculousness of Trumps message — even for him, the Romney camp pulled him back and Trump had to do something at noon. I doubt this was his original intention, but whatever Trump had would likely have backfired. This won’t even go noticed except as a punchline.
To: liberalh8terHe's got the goods on Obama's foreign student status and he's betting $5 million that Obama won't - can't - release his records.
There is absolutely no evidence at all, anywhere, that this is true. You believe this only because you want to.
If Trump has the goods, then let's see it. Trump also claimed his investigators were finding out all kinds of amazing stuff about the birth certificate, yet that never panned out either.
Trump is a clown. Period. If he sacrificed some of his own credibility to muddy up the waters and help negate anything Allred might have had, then I give him kudos. Unfortunately there is no reason to believe that is what happened. Good thing Allred has nothing anyway.
To: maggief“Two “surprises” today.
Trumps cunning stunt,
...and then there’s Allred.”
Trump's cunning stunt
and Allred’s stunted cu....OK scratch that Zot worthy comment.
GOP Volunteer Lied About Beating, Threats (Kyle Wood)

According to notes filed after a police interview Monday afternoon, Kyle Wood, the GOP volunteer in Dane County who said he was beaten last week for his support of Republican Congressional candidate Chad Lee, recanted his testimony about the beating. Wood apparently indicated to law enforcement officials that his story was fabricated or otherwise false.Wood had shared information with Media Trackers subsequent to the beating purporting to show harassing text messages sent to him by Philip Frank, the spouse of Democratic Congressional candidate Mark Pocan. Individuals who know Wood verified the accuracy of his claims to Media Trackers but those claims now appear to be false. Media Trackers believes Wood misled us and lied when questioned about the accuracy of the information he claimed to have.
Someone should kick his butt! His lies hurt US!
That mutt (Woods)is gonna cause the “shoe in” for Pocan.
If there was any doubt about the current office holder (Tammy Baldwin- Dyke, Lesbian, Progressive, Liberal, Et Al).
Wait till you see who Madistan votes in for her/it’s replacement. Baldwin is a piker compared to this nutjob/ropesmoker/meatstick. He’s militant gay..militant Progressive.
Would make Barney Frank step back and say ‘Oh Damn!’
