The title of least popular Senator, that is. The self-filibustering Bert-the-Turtle doppelganger is even disliked by his own constituents, though for some reason he gets far better treatment from the Washington press than, say, Tom Daschle.

For the life of me I can't figure out why.

Even the conservative die hards are starting to wake up and notice that the already-in-the-sewer congressional ratings are going lower under the continued tactic of screaming "the sky is falling" on TV while holding up things in Congress (can't even call it a fillibuster as it has gone on so long).
