We adopted Oscar via a rescue group 7 years ago. He was fostered by a very nice woman named Liz with whom I've stayed in touch. He used to be her "office assistant." Here's an old picture of him hard at work that I first saw on Facebook a few weeks back:

Ah yes. Sitting on top of needed files in front of the computer monitor (preferably popping up at add times to be in your face and blocking the monitor).
While as an older guy, the cuteness of the Hello Kitty makes me cringe, I admit that I get a laugh at how appropriate the idea of an invisible cat suddenly, without warning, and at seemingly random times, popping up in front of your face as to fill up your field of vision.

I have a picture almost exactly like that of my tortoiseshell cat on my housemate's desk. I'm beginning to think it's in the Contract.
